Basic description of the equipment:
1. High-pressure unit
the high-pressure unit is mounted on a robust semi-covered frame, which is equipped with swivel wheels with a brake, enabling movement on a paved surface.
Pump suction equipped with a filter of the sucked water with GEKA end fitting
Pressure sensor as protection of the pump against dry running
Thermal valve as protection against overheating of water within the By-Pass
Pump discharge equipped with a pressure gauge
The unit pressure is changed by changing the nozzle diameter
2. Pump
horizontal three-plunger pump with crank mechanism for max. pressure 500 bar at max. flow rate 20 l/min. The pump is equipped with a thermal valve for the possibility of discharging hot water in case of longer interruption of spraying while the unit is switched on.
