Mobile high pressure hydroblasting unit designed for cleaning tubes of the heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers and pressure water coolers. Water jetting unit was assembled on the cart for transport in the chemical plant with the possibility of high-pressure water blasting also other technology such as tanks, pipelines, filters in the chemical industrial areal. The high-pressure unit was equipped with the complete accessories for cleaning external surfaces (high pressure gun, nozzles and rotary and straight nozzles) as well as internal surfaces (foot switch, high-pressure heat exchanger hoses, rotary exchanger and sewer nozzles, direct nozzles).
The professional high pressure machine has been designed an reliable and easy for use and maintenance. The heart of the hydroblasting unit is the high pressure pump AQH, powered by diesel engine CATERPILLAR through a gearbox and a flexible clutch. The water jetting unit also includes 60 l diesel tank and a starter battery equipped with a disconnector, two water filters on the suction line, safety valve and other accessories.
The control system is programmed on the SIEMENS SIMATIC module and is easy to operate from the control panel (see photo). The system monitors all operating and safety conditions of the unit and in case of any faults signal or automatically shuts down the high pressure machine. The fault is displayed on the control panel.
Keypad, PLUS / MINUS buttons, safety TOTAL STOP, digital RPM and pressure display, feed pressure manometer and low feed pressure indicator, engine charge and lubrication indicator, engine temperature, air pressure indicator and gun fault indicator.
In the event of fault conditions, the pump and the motor are automatically idling or the unit is switched off completely.
The control includes a dual safety receiving module coupled to trigger the gun (or, in the case of cleaning the inner surfaces of the heat exchanger with a foot electric switch), an interface cable that controls the pneumatic rollers located directly on the pump via the pneumatic transducer. The connecting cable is electronically guarded against damage or interruption and subsequent depressurization.
The compressed air unit serves to ensure the operation of the high pressure pump AQH when cleaning is interrupted, ie. to control (lift) the pump suction valves in conjunction with the rotary actuator to control the engine speed (when the pump is unloaded, the engine is idling, it returns to the preset speed/pressure under load). The unit consists of pneumatic rollers on the AQH pump, tire rollers for speed control, distribution cube, 12 VDC electric converter, pressure adjustment units. air, interconnecting hoses, couplings, and a 12VDC compressor.
Thanks to this design, the hydroblasting unit can be operated by one person alone to ensure maximum safety, because in the case of a trigger release of the gun (or foot valve), the high-pressure hose and the entire system are immediately depressurized. When the trigger is depressed, the suction valves function in the hydraulic part of the pump is triggered pneumatically and the system is again pressurized to the set operating performance. Therefore, the high-pressure unit does not contain fast-wearing parts such as a complicated control shut-off valve or a BY-PASS system and a high-pressure gun with a shut-off element (valve).
