SERVICE CONTRACTS

For the most demanding clients, we can offer specific above-standard service contracts to minimize the risk of financial loss due to the shutdown of the whole technology in the event of failure of the device. These contracts can include regular maintenance, preventive repair, but also the time guarantee of the service or response time of the reported fault or damage, safety stock of selected critical spare parts for the customer's equipment. In the most critical applications, we design and implement an optimized system of operational backups of the high pressure system or, if we are able to meet the basic needs of the technology, we can rent our own high-pressure unit to the customer during the repair.
