Domestic waterworks AQUA LUX 80 l pressure vessel

A standard domestic waterworks with a self-priming pump AQS with a pressure vessel of <80 liters. The waterworks can be supplied with complete electrical equipment for easy installation and quick startup . The pump is equipped with a mechanical seal that eliminates the need for regular maintenance.

The DV is suitable for supplying utility water with a wide range of uses such as garden irrigation or water supply for family houses, agricultural and industrial buildings .

A significant structural advantage is the ability of the pump to be vented itself and is therefore suitable for pumping liquids with air admixture and wherever air can not be avoided, such as older wells and waterworks.

these are already separate (not to burden the pump disproportionately with their weight). In this case, the pressure vessel (item 2) is placed outside the pump (item 1) and is connected to the pump by means of a pressure hose (item 10) via a suitable coupling fitting (item 3) which simultaneously serves as the outlet of the whole unit for connection to the house distribution). In this case, the pressure switch (item 4) and the pressure gauge (item 5) are placed on a special outlet with larger pressure vessels for operational reasons. When placed directly on the pump, because of the dynamic effects associated with filling a larger volume of the pressure vessel, the pressure switch function may not be reliable and the pump motor may be damaged. A suction pipe (pos.6) is a condition for the proper operation of the waterworks, at the end of which a suction bin with a non-return flap (pos. 7) should be located.

Some pumps contain a non-return valve already as a component directly integrated on the discharge port of the pump see the pump documentation), in this case a suction bin without a non-return valve can be used. However, in order to increase reliability, service life and improve the working conditions of the pump, the use of the suction cup, including the non-return flap,

< a pressure switch which switches the electrical circuit of the pump motor when the system pressure drops below the set pressure limit and, conversely, disconnects the pump motor from the power supply when the upper set pressure is reached ). The switch is already set in the factory to the required switching and release pressure values and does not require any special maintenance over the service life. It is only necessary to check the pressure values at which the switching / disconnects the pump motor. Due to the fatigue of the spring system, the working area of this switch may change slightly over time. If such a shift occurs, if necessary fromFor operating reasons to adjust the working range of the domestic waterworks, it is possible to set the pressure switching pressure and the pressure difference with which the pressure switch works (this pressure level can be influenced by this difference). To adjust the pressure switch, follow the instructions provided for the particular switch type.
