The AQHC 38 is a High Pressure Machine that produces high pressures ( 1150 bar ) and flows (up to 40 l / min ). As a standard, we deliver the internal combustion engine CATERPILLAR C2.2, with an electric motor, a hydromotor according to the customer's needs. The Modular construction high pressure pump allows easy change of parameters either to higher pressures or higher flow rates, while maintaining the maximum output of the aggregate, which greatly enhances its use.
The device is ideal for manual high pressure medium and large scale cleaning. Especially efficient when using rotary nozzles to remove resistant deposits, colors and rust. The hydro-cleaner is also suitable for redevelopment of concrete and reinforced concrete structures such as cooling towers, chimneys, reservoirs, pavement renovation, pavement cleaning, agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.

Control of the high-pressure cleaning unit is provided by the SIEMENS Control & Go control system that monitors and monitors all the operating and safety conditions of the unit. In the event of a fault, the system signals a malfunction and switches off the machine. The error appears on the control panel.
The heart of each high-pressure cleaning machine is a high-pressure pump. As a high-pressure water source, the AQHC 38 is used either by high-pressure pumps of the AQH 50 series (for the aggregate with maximum pressure) or a high-pressure pump of the AQM 50 series (for a medium-pressure version of the aggregate).
In all cases, it is reliable, durable & aacute; and for dozens of customers in the most demanding operations, our pumps are tested by our own design. All pump parts that come in direct contact with the pumped liquid are made of high quality stainless steels.
High-pressure cleaner is fitted as standard with the Caterpillar C 2.2 engine. where power transmission is ensured by a reduction gear and a flexible clutch. The aggregate is also a 60 l diesel tank and the starter battery is equipped with a disconnector. However, an aggregate can be built with any drive, including an electric motor or a hydromotor, etc.

The AQHC 38 is built into a solid steel frame that is mounted on silentblocks. Standard frame mounts are suspension lugs for easy handling. At customer's request, the aggregate can be placed in cabin extensions of freight wagons or trailers, shipping containers, etc.
