A hot water high-pressure unit with casing capable of pressures up to 500 bar and 20 l/min has been specially designed for long-term operation in an industrial environment. The combination of hot water and high pressure ensures effective cleaning of the most resistant deposits, such as asphalt, oils, paints, and rust from machines, heat exchangers, cooling circuits, castings, molds, and more.
The machine can also be used without the heating module and used for traditional cold-water applications, such as concrete restoration, cleaning of scaffolding and formwork, removal of stubborn dirt with a rotating jet or sandblasting.

The high-pressure cleaning device (pressure washer) is placed on a robust frame welded from steel profiles, equipped with handles for easier handling. The heart of the pressure washer is a durable three-plunger pump that can reach pressures up to 500 bar with a flow rate of 20 l/min. The pump is powered by a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 31HP gasoline engine. The unit is equipped with an automatic shutdown in case of insufficient water pressure at the intake, an oil pressure indicator, and a central safety STOP button. Easy operation is an advantage, especially for construction companies that frequently change machine operators.
