HOT BLASTER 500/20 B

A hot water high-pressure unit with casing capable of pressures up to 500 bar and 20 l/min has been specially designed for long-term operation in an industrial environment. The combination of hot water and high pressure ensures effective cleaning of the most resistant deposits, such as asphalt, oils, paints, and rust from machines, heat exchangers, cooling circuits, castings, molds, and more.

The machine can also be used without the heating module and used for traditional cold-water applications, such as concrete restoration, cleaning of scaffolding and formwork, removal of stubborn dirt with a rotating jet or sandblasting.

DESCRIPTION OF A HIGH-PRESSURE CLEANER

The high-pressure cleaning device (pressure washer) is placed on a robust frame welded from steel profiles, equipped with handles for easier handling. The heart of the pressure washer is a durable three-plunger pump that can reach pressures up to 500 bar with a flow rate of 20 l/min. The pump is powered by a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 31HP gasoline engine. The unit is equipped with an automatic shutdown in case of insufficient water pressure at the intake, an oil pressure indicator, and a central safety STOP button. Easy operation is an advantage, especially for construction companies that frequently change machine operators.

Basic equipment of the high-pressure unit includes:

  • High-pressure pump with a gasoline engine and heating module.
  • Engine with a control box featuring an electric starter, fuel and oil filters, and a battery.
  • Engine equipped with a large cyclone air filter for operation in dusty environments.
  • Casing with four bantam maneuvering wheels (2 swivel wheels with brakes, 2 fixed wheels).
  • Unit equipped with a suction pressure sensor as protection for the pump against running dry.

Specifications of the heating module:

  • Heating power: 100 kW

  • Power supply: 12 V or 230 V

  • Maximum flow rate with water outlet temperature up to 108 °C: 25 l/min

  • Maximum flow rate with water outlet temperature up to 140 °C: 6 l/min

  • Additional components: fuel filter with a level float, steam mode, flow switch-controlled burner, safety valve, burner temperature protection, flame control, electric system for constant temperature setting, delayed burner start.

Applications:

  • Cleaning construction machinery from bitumen, asphalt, and other stubborn contaminants.
  • Graffiti removal and facade cleaning.
  • Cleaning formwork and scaffolding from concrete and adhesives.
  • Cleaning heat exchangers, internal and external pipe and pipeline spraying.
  • Cleaning filters and cooling circuits.
  • Surface cleaning and formwork cleaning for concrete restoration, reinforced concrete, and monolithic structures.
  • Removing rust, paint, and tough deposits.
  • Wet sandblasting of metal and concrete surfaces.
