AQS self-priming pump is a robust highly reliable pump designed for pumping water, aqueous solutions and other liquids (eg volatile liquids and liquids containing steam and gases). In a standard design, the pump is designed with a mechanical seal which significantly prolongs the lifespan and durability of the pump as opposed to the earlier version with a strand gland.
Pumps are designed for industrial applications and can work in continuous operation. However, their use is more frequent as part of domestic waterworks for pumping water from wells in family houses, cottages and gardens, farm estates, etc.

Self-priming pumps with side channel and beam impeller are designed as multistage (1 ° - 3 °) ). A mechanical seal is used to seal the shaft. Strong> Intake and discharge nozzle is provided with a G 5/4 " tubular thread, for pumps designed for the water inlet assembly is a threaded outlet with a G 1 thread. The other connection option is a pump with a flat flange for pump suction (designation / PP). >
The pumps are delivered with the free end of the drive shaft designed for connection to a standard foot electric motor on a common base frame or in a monobloc configuration as a compact electric motor set. Pumps use a number of original design solutions and elements with a direct impact on increasing utility, technical, and design features. Strong>
The main advantage of pumps is their self-priming capability which greatly reduces the suction line performance.
