AQM 50

Three plunger pump with direct crankshaft drive up to 60 kW and pressures 530 bar. AQM 50 pumps deliver high flow rates of up to 100 l/min and are the ideal solution for demanding water blasting and sandblasting applications, hydrostatic testing, descaling, forging machines, presses and other hydraulic systems. and other pipe and sewer cleaning, paint and dirt removal.

These pumps have wide range of application, they are suitable as process pumps in food, water treatment or heavy industry for descaling, forging machines, hydraulic presses and other systems.

Mechanical part

verified crankshaft mechanism
straight drive of the crankshaft from the drive machine, allowing even radial load on the output shaft (belt drive optional, mechanical gears do not need to be used)
versions:
- drive shaft can be turned right or left
- oil lubrication or forced (pressure) lubrication from an external power source (to use very low RPM, especially in food industry)
- integrated water cooling system of the oil filling

Hydraulic part

optimized according to pressure, flow and pumped medium demands
corrosion and cavitation resistant (ferritic and austenitic stainless steel)
