Automatic industrial filtration of water in the automotive industry

Automatic filter unit with DPV 4/4 pump and Rosedale filter for filtering process fluid, which is in the tank used for testing of tightness plastic moldings.

CHARACTERISTICS

 

The filter unit is assembled on a common welded frame and includes:

1) Vertical stainless steel pump DPV 4/4 with viton seals (FPM) and mechanical seal (carbide-carbide) 

2) High Capacity Bag .Filter ROSEDALE M4 / 12 : Comaxite Coated Steel Body, Stainless Steel Sieve and Wicked Interchangeable Bag with Permeability 1 micrometer

3) Two closing spheres: nickel-plated brass, G1"

4) Manometer and other connection

5) Motor starter including the motor protection
