DESCRIPTION

Automatic pumping station for pumping cutting fluid, resp. cooling fluids for machining. ATS has been specially designed for Koyo Bearings, the world's largest bearing manufacturer. The process fluid is gravitationally pumped into special ATS tanks (1 x 100 l tank for 2-3 sanders). After the tank is filled, the pump automatically switches itself on and the cooling process fluid is pumped to the whole central filter station. In addition to automatic level sensing in tanks, the ATS is equipped with an emergency stop valve in the event of a fault. ATS are equipped with EBARA and BBA pumps for non-conductive and abrasive liquids.
