Custom design, development, and production of high-pressure automatic cleaning systems to reduce costs and increase efficiency in removing construction materials from scaffolding and formwork.
The AQVA system is a specially designed, enclosed high-pressure automated unit intended for long-term operation. The device is constructed according to the dimensions of existing spaces designated for high-pressure blasting (closed, ventilated rooms). The source of high pressure is a high-pressure unit equipped with an AQH pump and a frequency converter, allowing adjustment of the pressure-to-flow ratio required for optimal cleaning of different products. The high-pressure distribution system includes valves that allow switching to manual high-pressure blasting using an HP gun, lance, and rotary nozzle, or to automatic cleaning mode using a high-pressure drum for large-surface washing.
Our system is designed to save time and increase operational efficiency by dividing the process into two separate zones, A and B. The cleaning process always takes place in only one of these zones, while in the other zone clean parts can be removed and contaminated parts loaded. The cabin’s flexible travel system allows for easy movement between zones and maximum utilization of capacity. Depending on the degree of contamination of the parts being cleaned, the operator can select one of the preset programs on the control panel, adjust it as needed, or even create a completely new program.
This entire process is monitored by safety features to ensure that no injury occurs to operating personnel and that the machine itself is not significantly damaged.
The system is designed to adapt to your needs – you can choose fully automated cleaning for maximum time savings or manual cleaning with a spray gun whenever precise intervention is required. The entire solution is also prepared for connection to the existing wastewater system, ensuring quick and worry-free installation.
