Tailore made reducing flap has been developed based on the specific customer needs for accurate remote control of resistance in the high pressure piping system.
Based on the requirement, the armature was designed to exhibit almost linear dependence of resistance on the flap angle to enable researchers to accurately and simply remotely control the parameter settings of the entire hydraulic system. The device is used within the test facility to verify the hydraulic and mechanical parameters of the high pressure water jet.
The flap was designed for a pressure class PN 320 with a controlled flow rate of circular cross section from ø8 to ø46 mm.
