Description

The modular device assembly consists of three basic parts:

1. AQHC 30-1000/17 EFM high-pressure cleaning device, which can also be used separately for manual work using a high-pressure gun and rotary nozzle with parameters of 1000 bar and a flow rate of 17 l/min;
2. Mobile control device on wheels, which controls automatic washing
3. Mountable cleaning carriage for attaching and moving the rotating nozzle.

The modularity of this solution allows the cleaning carriage to be placed on multiple continuous lines. The design also makes it easy to dismantle the equipment and together with the mobile pressure unit, move it away.

Characteristics

1. AQHC 30-1000/17 EFM high-pressure mobile unit

This specially designed high-pressure unit with a cover is assembled from our own AQH 55-16 pump with an electric motor and frequency converter, designed for long-term operations both indoors and outdoors. AQHC 30-1000/17 EFM is primarily intended for effective cleaning with a high-pressure rotating jet. 

The frequency converter allows you to adjust the pressure and flow rate by changing the motor speed, to adjust to your cleaning.

The system also reduces the engine speed when the gun is switched off and gradually increases it when it is switched on to prevent a sudden increase in power, making the gun easier and more comfortable to operate.

A secondary benefit of reducing the speed is increased service life of the pump components and lower energy consumption.

The high-pressure unit simultaneously monitors indicators and values for proper operation – low water suction pressure, low air pressure, exceeding maximum pressure, high-pressure gun cable, motor or pump failure. 

2. Mobile control device

The mobile control device controls and monitors automatic spraying, i.e. it controls the movement of the rotating nozzle located on the spear so that the step size and the time during which the rotating nozzle remains in position can be easily set, and cleans the conveyor belt of the continuous furnace line with a high-pressure water jet.

3. Mountable cleaning carriage

Assembly of frame and carriage system, nozzle mounting system, high-pressure lance and rotating nozzle, high-pressure hoses and rotating elements.

Application

The complete set of equipment is used for high-pressure washing at 1000 bar of the conveyor belt eg. at the furnace. Thanks to its modularity and easy dismantling, the equipment can be moved between individual lines and thus multiple production lines can be properly cleaned in a short cleaning shift at a fraction of the cost. Moreover this high-pressure cleaning equipment can be also used for cleaning other surfaces at your factory, mainly thanks to its very simple operation and parameter setting (pressure/flow) in combination with a frequency converter.
