Hydrotesting unit with a high pressure pump driven by a hydromotor, which serves for non-destructive pressure testing of gas pipelines and pipelines.
The main competitive advantage of this solution is founded in the unprecedented variability in pressure and flow rates from 2 up to 60 l/min, thanks to the possibility of a wide range of hydromotor engine speed compare to standard combustion engines, which do not have required torque at low speeds.
The high pressure unit is built into the truck cabin, where the truck motor drives a hydraulic pump by the cardan (driven) shaft, and after that hydraulic motor is coupled to a high pressure piston pump with a crank shaft mechanism capable of reaching a pressure of up to 400 bar.
The mobile pressure unit is used for pressure testing of high pressure pipelines, especially gas or rude oil pipeline.
Installation of high pressure pump of our production AQM 50 powered by SAI hydraulic motor. Danfoss hydrogenerator is powered by cardan (driven) shaft of the vehicle by speed up to 2000 rpm and power up to 60 kW. The hydrogenerator is designed with electronic tilting of the plate and electronically controlling the output of the oil pressure - thus maintaining the specified speed of the hydraulic motor and thus the pump.
It is possible to control the speed of the high pressure pump via the control panel or the remote control.
One of the parts of the unit is a two liter oil tank.
The rollers, which are well visible on the photos, serve to lift the valves individually. That means it is possible to manually turn off the individual plungers (pistons) of the pump. The design solution is just suited for pressure in the final stage of the pressure test, as it reduces the flow to 2/3 and 1/3.
