DESCRIPTION

 

AQ PUMPY maintains reconstruction and long-term service of an automated desulphurisation system in a coal fired power plant. The device provides a fully automated, high-pressure cleaning of the desulphurisation technology.

For the customer, we first repaired the older URACA pump and after the meld, it was replaced by a new pump by the same manufacturer. However, frequent repairs and servicing of this new URACA pump were also required. Therefore, we suggested replacing by our three plunger pump AQL 53 - 45 pump designed  only for this application. This specially designed robust pump lasts more than eight years of operation and has been re-used after a major overhaul.

Due to the great satisfaction we have also delivered the bigger pump of our AQL 80 series up to 160 kW.
