Mobile unit fitted with transport swivel wheels with brake for easy transfer of high-pressure unit for the entire chemical plant and with the possibility to test virtually all high-pressure systems, pipes, tube sheets, filters and other accessories and chemical technology.
The pressure tester consists of a SPECK TRIPLEX high-pressure pump, an electric motor, a high-pressure and low-pressure manometer, a high-pressure regulating valve and a water filter on the suction side.
The high-pressure machine for pressure testing allows the testing object to be pressurized to the required pressure up to its maximum of 400 bar, then pressurized object to be closed and the relief line depressurized after the desired delay.
