High pressure unit for hydrostatic water testing up to 140 bar

Small pressure devices with a capacity of 0.75 kW designed for pressure hydrostatic tests of storage tanks, pressure vessels, castings, fittings, tubes, pipelines etc.

APPLICATIONS

Pressure testing of various products, castings, fittings, pumps, pressure vessels (aerators, winders, expanders, storage tanks, water heaters, drainage vessels, venting vessels, etc.), steam turbines and boilers , heat exchangers, fire-fighting vessels and other fire-fighting equipment, pipeline, tube bundels, etc.

DESCRIPTION

Speck three-piston pump, electric motor, common frame, pressure regulator, low pressure and high pressure gauge, inlet filter, inlet pressure sensor, High pressure outlet, Geka inlet, flexible clutch, clutch cover, motor starter and fork cable.

REGULATION

The pressure and flow control can be manually adjusted on the pressure regulator in the basic version. After starting the pressurization, starting with the motor starter, connecting the discharge to the pressure object (VT hose) and filling the pressurized object with liquid, draw the pressure regulator only after reaching the required pressure. Excessive fluid forgives the pressure regulator. After pressurization it is advisable to close the pressure object by the closing armature. For further pressure to the same pressure, it is possible to keep the pressure regulator set to the final value of the previous pressure.
