Production of a hydraulic unit, customized and tailore-made modified, for the most important Czech producer of the ammunition.

DESCRIPTION

 

The hydraulic aggregate is spatially and functionally designed for the specific production environment of the most important Czech ammunition manufacturer. The aggregate is located on an oil tank and is fitted with an AQM pump specially adapted for pumping oil. The suction resonator (air tank) serves simultaneously to add oil to the hydraulic system. The high-pressure aggregate is designed to drive a hydraulic press used for the production of shotgun shells from lead and steel wire.

The high-pressure aggregate was designed to replace the older SIGMA PAR pump, which was no longer profitable. Photos show aggregation before and after replacement and assembly.
