High pressure water jetting (blasting) box with high pressure unit using for cleaning continuous cooking machine from baked pieces of meat, especially augers. The feed augers are used for moving meat in food processing machine.
The customer was requiring automatization of cleaning theirs feed augers (screws) by pure water without chemicals and workplace pollution, ideally in the enclosed space of the high pressure water jetting box.
The delivery included the initial water blasting tests to determine which pressure and flow (or cleaning power) would be required for the process. After that we design tailor-made technical solution that included the delivery of a high pressure unit and 3/2 way high pressure valve, suitable nozzles, interconnection and electrical wiring of the entire machine, including installation of control software.
