Casting cleaning system in the aviation industry consists of a high pressure water jetting box / blasting cabin with high pressure gun, high pressure unit and recycling circuit.
On the basis of the customer's needs and demands we designed, developed and manufacture tailore made blasting cabin (high pressure jetting box) for blasting more castings at the same time. Up to 5 Castings are placed in the pull-out brackets that automatically rotate during the blasting operation, so that the high-pressure gun operator can blast the castings from all sides. The cabin is equipped with internal lighting and forced water mist suction which together with the high-pressure airflow system of the windscreen provides sufficient visibility in the cabin/box during the high pressure water jetting process.
The process water recycling system with multiple filtration, which separates impurities (foundry sand) from the process water, returns the water back to the process, which works automatically.
The source of pressure water is the high pressure triplex plunger (piston) pump AQH 50, which together with feeding pumps and automatical self-cleaning filter, is built on the common frame.
