Hydrostatic testing machine with automatic control system and remote control up to 1200 bar

High pressure testing system for high pressure hydrostatic testing of the membrane walls of boilers, tubes, heat exchangers and other customer's products.

APPLICATIONS

Tailore made high pressure testing device and additional equipments has been designed and built on the basis of unusual customer requirements. High pressure unit is used for hydrostatic testing of the membrane walls of boilers, tubes and heat exchangers, where the strength and tightness of welds is examined and certified. Part of the delivery was the development of special high pressure clamping (high-pressure collet) of tubes and pipelines to acceleration of the tehcnology process of testing all of the products.

DESCRIPTION

The unit is equipped with AQH 52-12 czech quality plunger pump with pneumatic pressure regulator and a system that allows controlled pressure reduction in the pressurized part. The entire hydraulic system allows to use recycled water, so after the hydrostatic test is taken, the recycled water is pumped from the pressurized part of the system back to the storage tank (750 l). Due to the potential danger and risk, the whole hydrostatic testing device is equipped with a remote control. The control system allows you to monitor the pressure test procedure on a PLC and record it on a memory card, or send it directly to the lab.
