Installation of a high-pressure unit into a container on the AVIA truck

We used older TATRA diesel engine, container and truck AVIA for the installation of a mobile high pressure water jetting for sanitation of the concrete surfaces and other application of high pressure blasting.

DESCRIPTION

Using the older TATRA T924 diesel engine and the AVIA truck's closed container for installation of the high pressure unit for water blasting application.

The high pressure pump AQH 50 coupled with the PEDROLLO TOP MULTI centrifugal pump and the compressor was mounted on a common frame that was subsequently built into a container designed to simplify operator operation. In addition, it was necessary to connect the filter and safety system, the diesel tank and finally to connect it with the control system and wiring.

This powerful high pressure set is fully utilized for demanding construction work such as redevelopment of concrete reservoirs, tanks, storage chambers, ceilings, platforms, railway stations and other concrete surfaces and reinforced concrete structures.
