Pressurizing device for pressure tests and inspection of technological equipment up to 250 bar, with a flow rate of 4 l/min and a power output of up to 2.2 kW. Mobile unit for hydrostatic pressure testing with water after servicing, maintenance, and replacement of modernized pipelines, tanks, etc.
The AQTA 2.2-250/4 high-pressure unit is a special machine that serves as a pressure source for pressure testing. It consists of a Speck Triplex Pumpen high-pressure plunger pump with an electric motor, a high-pressure regulator, a filter, a high-pressure calibrated pressure gauge on the discharge side, suitable valves, a 20-liter tank and a motor starter, all mounted on a mobile common frame. This 250 bar pressure tester was developed with the requirement for mobility and to perform pressure tests at various locations in the industrial area, even in places without a water source, which is provided by a 20-liter tank.
The mobile pressurizing unit is used for pressure tests up to 250 bar to verify that pressure equipment (e.g. pressure vessels, pipes, heat exchangers, boilers, pipelines) is leak-tight and has sufficient strength, especially under the operating pressure for which it is intended. Specifically, it is used for hydrostatic tests that confirm the equipment’s ability to withstand pressure (including the strength and integrity of welds, materials, etc.). For safety reasons, these tests must always be performed with water. Typical pressurized objects include boilers, heat exchangers, and tubular components. Pressure tests are also carried out after production or installation of new technologies, or following inspection and servicing, before commissioning, in order to detect manufacturing defects, welding flaws, or material and assembly deficiencies.
