APPLICATIONS

 

Mobile pressure testing unit designed for pressure tests related with pipeline system repairs, inspections, gas installations, rehabilitation of gas pipelines and oil pipelines. Exigent hydraulic pressure tests as stress tests can be performed anywhere (no matter of the power and water supply) thanks to the mobility of the pressure testing unit. The testing unit is assembled on the common frame, so it can be loaded onto any car, trailer, or built-in to the truck.

DESCRIPTION

 

The mobile pressure station is built on a common frame that can be loaded on any car, trailer or built into the van. The set consists of a high-pressure pump AQH 55-22, a HATZ internal combustion engine, 100 l oil tank, manual intake valve, compressor, flowmeter and pressure gauges.
