High pressure unit designed for cleaning PERI scaffolding and formwork. Removal of deposits of concrete, mortar, paints and other building materials by high pressure water jetting unit and accessories for weight reduction and restoration of the anti-slips of the scaffolding and formwork and safety prevention.
Specially designed high pressure unit (without fairings) is optimalized for long-term operation in a closed room. The waterjetting unit is used for efficient cleaning of steel and plastic scaffolding and formwork with a high pressure rotating nozzle MONRO-JET.
The unit is designed for steady operation and long-term service intervals of every components, minimum service costs and work safety.
Thanks to the frequency driver, the users can easily adjust the pressure and flow by changing the engine speed on the control panel and because of that significantly expand the possibilities of the cleaning materials, which could be otherwise easily destroyed by high pressure water jet.
The control system of the unit continuously evaluates fault states and switches itself off without the intervention of the operator in the event that it detects a deviation from the normal operation. It displays the fault on the screen of the control unit and the operator can easily identify the fault.
In addition, the system reduces the engine speed when the gun is switched off and gradually increases it when it is switched on. There is no sharp increase in power, which makes the cleaning work (work with high pressure gun) much easier and more pleasant for the operator. Thanks to reducing and increasing the speed, is also achieved longer life time of the pump and accessories components cuch as high pressure nozzles, guns, hoses, etc.
