Reconstruction of booster set for the social background of Vítkovice Ironworks

Complete refurbishment of the booster set in the Vitkovice ironworks complex for supply of drinking water for social facilities.

ORIGINAL STATUS

Pumping unit controlled by pressure switches, equipped with a 2000 liter pressure vessel. The supply of water was provided by 2 horizontal pumps 65 CVX (shown).

 

STATE OF RECONSTRUCTION

A new AQCS 25 / 4-2x7,5-FN200 pumping unit is located at the pump station, including a frequency inverter cabinet, a 2000-liter large container was removed and only 200 liters container with bag.

Parameters of installed gas station:

Constant pressure control 6.0 bar, flow rate 0 - 620 l / min, installed power 2x 7.5 kW.
