Reconstruction of high pressure unit with SPECK TRIPLEX PUMP

Reconstruction of high-pressure assembly into a durable common frame with an oled Slavia diesel engine and a high pressure three-piston pump SPECK TRIPLEX. High pressure unit is used as hydrostatic pressure testing equipment for pressure tests of high pressure pipelines such as oil pipelines, gas pipelines, etc.

 

DESCRIPTION

 

Renovation, repair and service of a high-pressure unit that was placed into the old truck was customized up to our clients demands for the high pressure pipeline service and hydrostatic pressure testing pipeline. After the repositioning of the high-pressure three-plunger pump with a crankshaft mechanism and re-connecting to the diesel motor Slavia, the basic requirements was placed into the the high-pressure unit. Whole equipment was built into a robust common frame that resists and protects the machine from frequent shifts practically across the whole Europe.
