Repairing of the SIGMA pump PAH 3-140-85 weights more than 5 tons used for water descaling rolling mill

Complete repair of the SIGMA high pressure plunger pump with technical number PAH 3-140-85, weighing 5,400 kg, flow 650 l / min and pressure up to 200 bar, which is used for descaling steel in Ironworks for more than 30 years.

DESCRIPTION

AQ PUMPY was asked for complete dismantling of the mechanical and hydraulic parts of the SIGMA pump with the technical description PAH 3-140-85.

The mechanical part was completely removed, dismantled, cleaned, measured, repaired and worn parts replaced with the new ones.

The hydraulic part -  replaced whole new head of the pump (stainless steel cube), including valves, plungers, seals and sealing elements.

The SIGMA high pressure piston pump was completely assembled and delivered to the customer, where it was re-installed and tested for operating parameters.
