Mobile high pressure testing bench designed for hydrostatic tests of the boilers, turbines, pipes, tubes, heat exchangers and plumbing equipment where the strength and leakage of welds is to be checked and inspected.

DESCRIPTION

 

Mobile pressure testing unit with electric motor and variable frequency driver that serves as pressure stand/bench of the boiler tubes for power plants. Automatic pneumatic shutdown of individual valves in combination with a change of speed ensures the working pressure, depending on the pressure curve entered. In addition, the unit is equipped with a compressor, an Ebara centrifugal feeding pump, a stainless steel storage tank. The whole device is mounted on a common frame fitted with a travel wheel for ease of handling.
