Testing device for hydrostatic pressure tests up to 250 bar

Tailor-made production of high pressure testing equipment for hydraulic pressure testing of tubes, pipes, heat exchangers, boilers, pressure vessels and other welding parts and products up to 250 bar.

CHARACTERISTICS

High Pressure Units with technical label AQTA 2,2-250 / 4 and AQTA 0,75-120 / 2 have been customed designed, constructed and manufactured on the basis of the customer's specific needs as a manufacturer of membrane wall boilers, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, steam ducks, gas tubes and exhaust pipes and other welded parts and technological equipment.

TESTING PROCEDURE

Before starting the pressurizing testing process with the motor starter, firstly must be provided a source of inlet water (1-6 bar) and connecting the high pressure discharge to the pressure object and filling the pressurized object with liquid. Then we can start the testing by tightening the pressure regulator until reach the required pressure. Pressure and flow control is only possible by manual setting on the pressure regulator to forgive excess liquid. After pressurizing the tested device it is advisable to close the pressured object by closing the valve on the discharge branch. After the required time of the testing, the pressured object could be depressurized via the HP valve on the discharge branch.

For further pressure of the same object to the same pressure, it is possible to leave the pressure regulator set on the final value of the previous test.
