Test pressure equipment for destructive (DT) and non-destructive (NDT) overpressure testing. The pressurized aggregate has been designed for customer needs in the production of high-purity gas products such as reduction valves, regulators, cylinder valves, high-pressure reduction stations, timing valves, etc.
Mobile Compression Unit AQTA 1 - 2500 / 0,1 - P is mounted on a common frame welded from rectangular gears (two swiveling and two fixed) and handle for easier handling. The heart of the pressure device is a high pressure, pneumatically controlled MAXIMATOR multiplier, reaching pressures of up to <3000 bar .
The pressure unit has been designed to meet the requirements of the manufacturer for high purity products such as reducing valves, reducing panels, regulators, cylinder valves, high pressure reducers, valve valves, etc. Most of their products have to < strong> non-destructive (NDT) test and some destructive testing (DT) . In these tests, the pressures are usually about 2500 bar. However, MAXIMATOR can test products up to 3000 bar. Even for the highest pressures, compressed air with 7-8 bars is enough to drive them.
Simplicity of control is to set up a low-pressure air pressure regulator located at the input of the drive, controlling the pressure in the test device. The pressure aggregate acts as a multiplier with a constant ratio of about 1: 400 between the inlet air pressure and the water outlet pressure.
