Hydrostatic testing units, ultra high pressure testing units, testers and other pressure testing system for strength test, tightness test, destructive test and fatigue test up to 4000 bar.

 

CHARACTERISTICS

  • main application for hydrostatic pressure tests: strength, tightness, destruction, non-destruction and fatigue tests
  • Most of these are tailore-made devices = design based on exact customer requirements even for the most demanding operations
  • Complicated systems for controlled pressure test according to regulations (ČSN, API, DIN, etc.):
    • gradually or jump increase and decrease of pressure with continuous delays and maintenance according to prescribed pressure test process
  • High pressure test unit adapted for end-user comfort, easy maintenance and service
  • Control: automatic, semi-automatic, manual
  • Delivery → Installation → Testing → Commissioning → Operator (End-user) Training → Periodic checks and service

DESCRIPTION

Pump

  • Pressure testing units up to 500 bar are mostly assembled with SPECK TRIPLEX pumps
  • High pressure testing units up to 1500 bar with our own production AQH pumps
  • Ultra high pressure testing units up to 4000 bar with pneumatically driven pumps (multipliers) MAXIMATOR

 

Pressure and flow control

  • Flow and pressure control from 0 to the maximum required by the customer is provided mainly by:
    • Lifting of intake valves manually or pneumatically in combination with frequency converter or diesel engine speed control
    • Pneumatically controlled regulator,
    • Spring regulator,
    • Control by hydro coupling
    • by inserting a speed variator
    • or a combination of the above mentioned

 

Unit control

  • classic control via power switch with dry run protection
  • sophisticated control systems adapted to specific requirements
    • systems are able to monitor all unit operating states and ensure fully automatic operation and pressurization according to the pre-selected process 
    • pressure tests can be monitored on the PLC display and also pressure test records could be taken 
  • The remote control of the unit - the ability to track and control the whole process of the pressure tests from a safe distance

 

Construction

  • Stationary
  • Mobile
    • up to 60kg usually placed on a common frame with a suitable attachment
    • over 60kg usually assembled on common frame with wheels, built into cars, on trailers, etc.
